Adjust yourself over the bowl so you feel the steam rising and warming your womb. Steam for 15-20min while focusing on your breathe and womb, visualizing your set intention.
Move slowly after your steam is completed, to allow yourself some time to integrate the spiritual and emotional shifts that may have taken place.

Do not steam if you have an infection, fever or open sores and blisters. The steam can aggravate the condition - Do not steam during menstruation. You are already in the process of shedding the uterus lining, and this is already an energetically exhausting process.
