Moon Ease

This Womb Tea is handcrafted to facilitate a sacred connection with your womb. Moon Ease is beneficial for heavy moon cycles, cramping and PMS symptoms. This tea can be used as a steam or taking internally as a traditional tea.

Blended with Organic, Sustainably harvested Rose, Motherwort, Calendula, Chamomile, Lemon Balm,St. Johns Wort & Dong Quai

 Bring 6 cups of water to boil, add 2 tbs of herbs to heat proof, wide mouth pot or bowl you intend to squat or kneel over. Making sure it is comfortable enough to rest your weight on it for 15 minutes. Pour water over herbs and cover. Let steam seep & cool. 

While tea is cooling, Set your intention for your steam. 

Please check the temperature of the water to make sure it is comfortable for you before you begin your steam. Kneel or squat over the bowl, covering your lap with a towel or sarong. Adjust yourself over the bowl so you feel the steam rising and warming your womb. Steam for 15-20min while focusing on your breathe and womb, visualizing your set intention. 

Move slowly after your steam is completed, to allow yourself some time to integrate the spiritual and emotional shifts that may have taken place. 

It is not ok to steam if you have an IUD. The steam can cause the uterus to contract and move, which can compromise the position and efficacy of the device. Do not steam during pregnancy, as the contractions of the uterus and the cleansing of excess tissue build up can cause a potential miscarriage. Do not steam if you have an infection, fever or open sores and blisters. The steam can aggravate the condition - Do not steam during menstruation. You are already in the process of shedding the uterus lining, and this is can be a energetically exhausting process. This is the time for relaxing and honouring the womb space, adding any extra stimulation can cause heavy bleeding, intense cramping and discomfort.
